L'immobilier avec une approche personnelle.
A small team, a long memory, and a strict rule: never sell a client a property we would not buy ourselves.
Quinze ans, une seule exigence
Yonei Estate began in 2011 with a single mandate in Marbella and no listings of its own. What we had instead was time: time to walk streets, meet notaries, and learn which villas were quietly for sale and which were quietly overpriced.
Fifteen years later we have closed more than five hundred transactions in twenty international markets. The model has not changed: few clients at a time, complete honesty about condition and price, and a refusal to treat property as inventory.
Rendre la bonne décision évidente
Our purpose is to remove uncertainty from the largest financial decisions our clients make, by giving them better information, honest counsel and the confidence to act, or to walk away.
Ce sur quoi nous ne cédons pas
Discretion
Names, numbers and negotiations stay between us. Always.
Integrite
We will tell you not to buy. That is the point of paying for advice.
Excellence
Photographie, paperwork, punctuality: the details signal the standard.
Partenariat
Most of our business comes from clients we served years ago.
Conseillers, pas agents
- A capped number of active mandates, so nothing is neglected.
- In-house presentation studio: staging, photography, film, visualisation.
- Five working languages and buyers in twenty countries.
- Independent lawyers and surveyors we do not profit from.
