Yonei Estate began in 2011 with a single mandate in Marbella and no listings of its own. What we had instead was time: time to walk streets, meet notaries, and learn which villas were quietly for sale and which were quietly overpriced.
Fifteen years later we have closed more than five hundred transactions in twenty international markets. The model has not changed: few clients at a time, complete honesty about condition and price, and a refusal to treat property as inventory.
